Boxing
Offering boxing classes in Freehold for conditioning and technique, as well one on one training. You can expect to learn all the fundamentals of the sweet science of boxing. Classes and training will help condition you for the grueling pace one would experience in the ring.
Bootcamp
This high-intensity, full-body fitness, and plyometric design by Former US Marine Corps Veteran, Johnny Rodriguez, will condition your mind and body to reach their peak performance level.
Personal Training
Customized one on one training for general fitness or boxing tailored to achieve the goals of each individual member. Training is offered in half-hour increments up to two hours and can be purchased as single sessions or packages.
